Mentorship Program
As part of VABA-DC’s mission to promote the professional growth and advancement of Vietnamese American attorneys, VABA-DC’s Mentorship Program pairs law students with attorneys, and junior attorneys with senior attorneys, based on shared experiences, fields, and interests.
VABA-DC provides opportunities throughout the year for mentors and mentees to meet, but also encourages regular communications and interactions outside of VABA-DC planned events.

Embedded below are sign-up forms for VABA-DC members that are (i) interested in being paired with a mentor or (ii) interested in serving as a mentor to fellow VABA-DC members.
(i) Mentee Sign-Up Sheet If you are a law student, junior attorney, or even just new to the DMV community, you can sign up for a mentor through VABA-DC. You will find that the Vietnamese-American attorney community here is vibrant, friendly and supportive. Please fill out and submit the below information, and we will do our best to pair you with a mentor as soon as possible. |
(ii) Mentor Sign-Up Sheet If you are a mid to senior level attorney or longtime member of the VABA-DC, you can sign up to be a mentor through VABA-DC. Please fill out and submit the below information, and we will do our best to pair you with a mentee as soon as possible. |
