Transactional Finance Associate| Washington, D.C.
Our Washington, D.C. office seeks to hire an associate with 2-4 years of transactional experience to join our industry-leading public finance practice. We represent a wide variety of institutional clients nationwide, including banks, real estate lenders, underwriters, major non-profits and developers, as well as state and local governmental issuers. Experience with higher education, housing, infrastructure and/or securitization transactions is a plus but not required. General real estate or corporate law practitioners will also be considered. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic and superior writing, research and communication skills.
