Public Finance Associate | Baltimore, MD

Our Baltimore office seeks to hire an associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our industry-leading public finance practice. We represent a wide variety of institutional clients nationwide, including banks,  underwriters,  and  state and local governmental issuers.  Qualified candidates will have a strong transactional background and academic credentials,  with excellent writing ability, experience working on complex, multi-party transactions, and an interest in public finance.  Tax credit experience is a plus but not required.  General real estate  practitioners will also be considered.  This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm.  Active bar in MD is preferred.
