The Board Diversity Apprentice Project (BDAP)

The Board Diversity Apprentice Project (BDAP) is now accepting applications for its apprentice-nonprofit board matching program.

An Echoing Green semifinalist, BDAP recruits, trains, and certifies junior- and mid-level attorneys of color to serve on nonprofit boards then matches certified apprentices with nonprofit organizations. Eligible candidates will be licensed attorneys of color who have graduated from law school within the last 10 years.

Applications are due June 15, 2011. Candidates accepted into the program will be notified on July 1, 2011. Please note: candidates are required to participate in BDAP’s Nonprofit Law Institute (NLI), which will be held at Foley & Lardner LLP’s Washington, DC office, Thursday, July 28 at 5:30 pm - Saturday, July 30 at 5:30 pm.
